WikiBadges are a useful way of signaling things about pages.
WikiWords are the most common way of making new pages.
Often, you may want to refer to a page, but grammar gets in your way. In particular, names can be singular or plural, and the Wiki recognizes these as different words. So, in light of this, use the following rules:
Go ahead, make both pages.
Only one page should have real content. The other should only be a pointer to the real page. If you're making a page, check to see if there's a plural/singular form out there.
In general, information will try to live on singular pages, but this is by no means always the case.

Many Pages are Incomplete --zebediah,
If you have questions, or things seem unclear, leave a comment, and whichever of the WikiBadges is appropriate, often NeedsGMAttention. Lots of stuff here in incomplete or under construction. Just because a page exists doesn't mean that it has everything you need or want on it. The way we know where more information is needed is by watching people ask questions.
